The OpportunityWe have an opportunity for a specialised individual to assist with development and implementation of asset management systems, policies, procedures and programs for all water supply, sewerage and effluent reuse civil assets (including sewerage treatment works).As a Water and Sewer Engineer, you will assist with the development and maintenance of strategic plans, and servicing plans to support future capital works decisions. You will also assist with development and supervision of specified civil projects as part of approved works programs including design development and contract administration. Along with preparation of reports and other correspondence including development of policy and contract documents.To view the Position Description, please click here.About YouWe are seeking an individual who holds an Engineering degree or Advanced Diploma in an engineering discipline appropriate to the position. And has a well-developed water supply, sewerage and recycled water system knowledge, including relevant statutory requirements.You will have the following skills and experience;
Knowledge of Quality Systems.Demonstrated ability in the use of Microsoft Office software, project planning software and spatial information software.Well-developed skills in the interpretation of detailed engineering plans and specifications.High level written and verbal communication skills.
BenefitsThis is a permanent, full time position working 35 hours per week.The total remuneration package for this position commences at $117,458.43 gross per annum, comprising of:
$2,016.80 per week base salary$242.02 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%)Allowances for the position available per week
