No previous paint or hardware knowledge is expected, as full product training will be provided on the job. We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to progress in their career.ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service and establish relationships with our customers.Collaborate with the Store Manager, Store team & Trade team to improve sales potential within the store.Tinting and mixing paint, pelletizing paint drums, arranging orders for delivery, and colour matching.Deliveries using the Store vehicle (where applicable).Merchandise and replenish stock promptly and ensure it is presented well.Store housekeeping and following the store’s safety standards.Manual Handling of 32 kgs.RequirementsPrevious retail assistant experience with the desire to provide excellent customer service to our growing customer base. You won't be afraid to be hands-on daily in the store.Keen to learn new skills and have an invested interest in building your expertise on our products.You will be comfortable with manual handling as part of your normal day.
