Job Title: International Export Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled International Export Compliance Specialist for a 23 months contract in Canberra.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating export controls approvals by engaging with industry counterparts, International Export Controls (IEC), and other stakeholders.
Duties include:
* Developing and submitting export control approval application packages, including Third-Party Retransfers and Technical Assistance Agreements.
* Providing support for technology and data releases to industry and various stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven ability to interpret and implement legislation and policy relevant to the projects, preferably ITAR and FMS.
* Excellent project management skills, including developing and maintaining Project Plans, Instructions, and Registers.
* Experience in records and information management, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
* Strong knowledge of US export controls, including ITAR, FMS, and DCS controls.
* Must have NV1 security clearance.
