We're recruiting a
standout group of Project Engineers
to join high-performing site teams on major gas and infrastructure works across the Surat Basin. With multiple scopes underway and rosters available, this is your chance to step into a team that builds real-world infrastructure — not PowerPoints.
Whether you're a capable Project Engineer looking to step up, a strong Site Engineer ready for more scope, or a Senior Project Engineer looking to embed long-term with a Tier 1–aligned contractor, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Oversee day-to-day project delivery on energy infrastructure scopes
* Coordinate with construction, HSE, QA, commercial and field teams to keep work progressing safely and efficiently
* Support procurement, scheduling, progress reporting, and subcontractor management
* Solve real-time problems on site — including scope clashes, access issues, and design variances
* Prepare and review ITPs, work packs, redlines and completions documentation
* Build strong working relationships with supervisors, PMs, and client reps
What We're Looking For:
* Tertiary qualifications in engineering (civil, mechanical or related)
* Prior site-based experience in energy, gas, infrastructure, or pipelines
* Ability to work FIFO on a 14:7 or 19:9 roster from Brisbane
* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Confident using project systems (e.g. Jobpac, P6, MS Project, QA/QC tools)
* A positive, proactive team player who's happy in the field and keen to grow
