Your Duties:
* Handling phone enquries and managing the inbox
* Data entry and database management
* Accounts reconciliations and end of month reporting using MYOB
* Creating and managing Purchase Orders
* Managing multiple client accounts
* Day to day office coordination and administration

About You:
* Previous Administration experience is essential.
* Proficient on MYOB and Microsoft Suites.
* High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
