About the Role
You will be at the forefront of driving technical implementation and success for our clients, combining deep product expertise with project delivery capabilities.
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading them through successful technical onboarding, integration, and optimisation phases of their journey with our product suite.
The role requires you to balance hands-on technical guidance with project management excellence, ensuring our solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with our clients' business objectives.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop deep product expertise, serving as an authority on our product suite's features, capabilities, integrations and enterprise-wide deployments.
* Provide expert guidance and strategic support to drive optimal product utilisation by customers.
* Understand our clients' business models to align product capabilities with customers' long-term business strategies.
Managing Strategic Accounts
* Act as a trusted strategic advisor to customers, driving business value and innovation.
* Oversee and optimise customer onboarding processes, continuously contributing to enhance the onboarding experience.
* Manage cross-functional collaboration between stakeholders to drive complex implementations and strategic initiatives.
Key Qualifications
* Experience in customer-facing roles in a software company, preferably SaaS product company.
* Demonstrated excellence in building and maintaining strategic client relationships, leading strategic online meetings and training programs.
* Advanced technical proficiency with proven ability to master complex software systems and technology stacks.
* Demonstrated growth mindset through consistent self-directed learning and a proven ability to acquire new skills as needed.
* Superior communication, stakeholder and project management skills.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Fluent English and French (written and verbal).
