The Role
As an integral member of our production team, you'll bring projects to life by crafting high quality cabinetry that meets exacting standards. You'll work closely with colleagues and supervisors in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and proactive thinking are key.
Key Responsibilities
* Read and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings.
* Assemble cabinetry and joinery with precision and professionalism.
* Work independently or collaboratively as part of our production team.
* Safely operate a range of machines, tools, and equipment.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant WHS guidelines and safety protocols.
* Perform overtime where necessary to meet project deadlines.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow continuity.
What You'll Bring
* Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or relevant industry experience.
