Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Creative Service Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in client account management, driving new business opportunities and developing and delivering strategic content marketing campaigns for our clients. As a Creative Service Sales & Marketing Specialist at Visual Domain you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with a dynamic content production team, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Account Management of a client portfolio and successful delivery of video content programs
- Generate revenue from new clients by responding to leads
- Identify clients requirements, project scope, and estimate project costings
- Create proposals to win new projects
- Respond to briefs and RFQ’s
- Maintain and nurture client relationships
- Enter lead and sales data into our CRM (Hubspot)
- Run handover and kickoff meetings with current clients and our production team
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and email marketing
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Create and optimize compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
- Manage and build relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
Who are you?
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think laterally to solve problems and issues
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Structured and can follow a proven process
- Strong listening and communication skills both written and verbal
- Track record of consistently hitting sales targets
- Ability to work within a dynamic team environment
