Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Personal Carer, you will be part of a supportive team that delivers person-centred care in a Residential Aged Care Home.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with their daily living needs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and other personal care activities tailored to their individual requirements.
You will work closely with our Enrolled & Registered Nurses to ensure the highest level of care is provided at all times.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly approachable manner, and strong attention to detail.
