Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant. In this pivotal role, you'll drive our success by connecting exceptional talent with leading organisations in the Northern Territory. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you'll deliver high-quality staffing solutions while building strong relationships with clients and candidates in the NT.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive, dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing through to onboarding
* Promote job opportunities across diverse channels, including online job boards and social media platforms.
* Identify, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates across a variety of industries.
* Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews, along with comprehensive reference checks.
* Present candidate profiles to clients, maintain clear communication, and collect feedback throughout the process.
* Provide outstanding service and support to both clients and candidates.
* Thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment while managing multiple roles concurrently.
* Collaborate closely with the Business Manager to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
