Lead Practice Director
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our advisory practice in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct the practice's strategy, growth and client engagement across WA.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities aligning with our strategy.
* Oversight of project governance, delivery and risk management.
* Building and developing a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
* Ensuring strong commercial outcomes - revenue, margin, pipeline and service quality.
* Representing the company at industry events as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert.
About You/Essential Experience And Attributes:
* 15+ years in consultancy or government, with relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering, Commerce or Law).
* Proven success leading P&L, accountable for revenue, margin and growth.
* Established WA network with senior executives and decision-makers.
* Demonstrated success in shaping and winning bids/proposals.
* Strong financial and commercial management skills.
* Leadership of inclusive, high-performing teams.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
