As an ICT Manager, you will collaborate with the Department of Justice's ICT services to achieve autonomy over Supreme Court ICT resources. You will then manage these resources and high-level systems administration, encompassing strategy, architecture, operations, applications, processes, security, continuity, vendor management, program and performance management, standards, policies, support, and resources.
Duties
* You will work closely with the Department of Justice's ICT services to achieve independence of Supreme Court ICT resources and thereafter manage these resources and high-level systems administration, including strategy, architecture, operations, applications, processes, security, continuity, vendor management, program and performance management, standards, policies, support, and resources.
* Provide strategic guidance and planning for major ICT procurements and oversee procurement, contract management, and overarching project management for Court system development to advance the Court's strategic objectives.
* Oversee the implementation and ongoing adherence to the Supreme Court's ICT policies, including response plans, escalation pathways, establishing appropriate standards and controls, managing security technologies, and oversight of regular compliance assessments.
* Manage statistical reporting, including:
o Report on Government Services
o Australian Bureau of Statistics
o Annual Report
o Quarterly and ad-hoc reporting
o Other reporting as required.
* Ensure the provision of day-to-day ICT support to the judiciary and staff within the Supreme Court, including providing adequate technical support for ICT users.
* Develop and implement the Supreme Court's cyber security strategy, including ensuring the delivery of cyber security training.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with other jurisdictions and expert organizations to assist in delivering effective ICT services and information management solutions and for the development of court technologies and management of cyber security threats and risks in the court environment.
