Davis Recruitment is a specialist agency for the placement of Permanent Support Staff to the Medical/Healthcare Sector.
Our client has just opened a new practice in Indooroopilly (existing practices are located in Springfield and Ipswich). We are actively seeking to appoint an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their new location. This is a full-time position for 3 Surgeons and this is a satellite site meaning they only visit once per week (or 3 days in total). The days will be Monday to Friday inclusive. The hours will be 8.00am-5.00pm. Applicants seeking permanent part-time employment (4 days per week) will also be considered. A car park is provided.
This role will suit candidates with the following experience:
* Medical Receptionists experience – General Practice, Allied Health or Specialist – will consider candidates with Allied Health or General Practice experience seeking new skills
* Patient record management (scanning etc)
* Use of Medical Software and patient billing processing (Gentu)
* Excellent communication and patient care skills – this is a new location so
To be considered, we are seeking applications from candidates who offer:
* Minimum 2 years in a Medical Receptionist role
* Ability to work in a small team environment bu also autonomously
* Understanding of Medical Practice day to day running and willingness to support other team members in other locations if required (Ipswich and Springfield – relief only)
Hours: The days will be Monday to Friday inclusive. The hours will be 8.30am-5.00pm. 4 days per week also considered.
Commencement Date: asap
Salary: $ 33 +/hr Super permanent (Negotiable). Parking provided onsite.
