Who we are looking for
We're looking for an IT professional to play help deliver high-quality IT support across service desk operations, corporate applications and end-user technologies. This is a hands-on, role that requires a strong face-to-face presence in the office to support our staff and systems.
This is an ongoing full-time position based in Warrnambool, offering a salary of $78,418 to $90,423 p.a. plus superannuation.
What you'll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
* Provide service desk and technical assistance to staff.
* Assist with technical support for cyber resilience initiatives and adoption of information security practices.
* Provide end user support, including user training, inductions and after-hours work as required.
* Participate in testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone with
* Formal qualifications or training in IT or related fields
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service.
* Knowledge of a range of Windows, IOS and Android applications and operating systems.
* Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to discuss, prioritise, analyse and resolve problems.
