Are you an experiencedWHS professionalready to make a real impact? Join the Detmold Group as aHealth, Safety and Wellbeing (HS&W) Business Partnerand help drive strategic safety initiatives across our ANZ operations.
Based in Brompton, South Australia, you'll work closely with theGroup HS&W Managerand a collaborative team to implement and enhanceWork Health and Safety (WHS)andInjury Management (IM)systems, supportself-insurance compliance, and foster a strongsafety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitorWHS and Injury Management systemsacross ANZ
- Support compliance withself-insurance licenserequirements in South Australia
- Conduct and reviewrisk assessments, controls, and safety audits
- Coach and mentor leaders to buildHS&W capability
- Report onsafety performance metricsand improvement initiatives
- Liaise with external contractors forsecurity system management
- Develop and deliverlocal safety programsto prevent injury and reduce risk
What You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualificationin WHS and/or a relevant discipline
- 3–5 years' experiencein an Advisor or Senior WHS/IM Operations role
- Proven ability tonegotiate with and influence stakeholdersat all levels to drive business outcomes while maintaining strong relationships
- Intermediate MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- A coaching mindset with the ability to build capability in others
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new system
