Social Worker - Veteran Health Payneham / Dernancourt, South Australia Full Time - Mon - Fri | $75,000 - $85,000 Super An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate Social Worker to join a growing multidisciplinary healthcare team supporting Australian Veterans in the Payneham and Dernancourt community. This role focuses on health coordination, social support, and community engagement, helping Veterans navigate healthcare services while building meaningful social connections and support networks. About the Role As a Social Worker, you will work directly with Veteran clients and patients to coordinate care, connect them with appropriate services, and support their wellbeing through both individual support and community-based initiatives. This position offers a balanced mix of health coordination, advocacy, and community development, including the creation of social programs designed to reduce isolation and build peer support networks for Veterans.
