At South West Community Care, we are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Chief Operations Officer. As the key partner to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and embedding robust policies, procedures, and processes that ensure operational excellence.
This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our clients, while maintaining compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and optimising operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have extensive senior leadership experience in home care, aged care, or community services, with a track record of driving organisational change and improvement.
They will possess a strong background in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and workflows that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
