Mammoet helps clients improve construction efficiency and optimise the uptime of plants and installations. For that purpose, we provide solutions for lifting, transporting, installing and decommissioning large and heavy structures.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a people person who thrives on helping to solve challenges? Our sales team are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the best possible Mammoet service, maintaining strong relationships and quickly identifying how we can best meet their needs. In this role, you will be responsible for the acquisition and retention of potential customers, ensuring that accounts are managed effectively and efficiently. As a key representative of the company, you will embody our core values and demonstrate passion, accountability, and structure.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Selling and promoting Mammoet's services and expertise to enhance and strengthen our Pilbara Crane operations
* Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships whilst providing tailored solutions
* Providing pro‐active communication and support to clients and delivering exceptional service
* Proactively troubleshooting customer issues in line with the contract and internal standards whilst minimising disruptions and maintaining customer satisfaction
* Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs and targets through strong account management and utilising strategic planning and data analysis to maximise performance
* Frequently travelling within Australia to build client relationships, drive business development and expand networking opportunities
* Collaborating with project and operational teams

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

* A solid sales background with a strong preference for expertise in service‐based sales
* Relevant technical knowledge base, either in office or field roles within the following industries: Mining, Construction, Civil Engineering, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing or similar sectors is highly preferred
* Working knowledge level technical expertise in the specified industries including Mining, Construction Civil Engineering, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing sectors is required
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional account management skills and a proven track record of cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships
* Australian work history with a well‐established network of contacts within the mining industry is highly preferable
* Regional network of contacts within the mining industry is essential for success in this role
* Willingness to travel and engage in business development and networking activities across Australia
* A highly driven and self‐motivated personality with a willingness to cold call to improve new business outreach
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with an outgoing nature
* Excellent time management skills and strong ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritising and managing own work schedule
* Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders simultaneously with great interpersonal skills
* Australian work rights are mandatory at time of application
