Pro-Design Kitchens (PDK) is a well established custom joinery firm, delivering exceptional cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. Based in Biggera Waters, our modern workshop is equipped with the latest woodworking machinery, including automated CNC technology, enabling precision manufacturing and streamlined production.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming installations, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our installation team.
Your Role:
* Install custom-built cabinetry on-site for kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and commercial fit-outs
* Read and interpret detailed CAD drawings and plans
* Work closely with clients, builders, and site managers to ensure smooth installations
* Ensure all installations meet the highest standards of quality, precision, and finish
* Troubleshoot and solve on-site issues as they arise
* Communicate effectively with the workshop and project managers
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Trade qualifications in Cabinet Making and/or Joinery
* Minimum 5 years' experience in cabinet making and on-site installation
* A full set of tools suitable for installation work
* Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
* Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
* A team-oriented approach with great communication skills
* Punctual, professional, and self-motivated
* References from previous employers or clients
