About the role
Guardian Building Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our team based in Emu Plains, NSW. As the Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our residential properties, co-ordinating all maintenance activities to keep our buildings and facilities in excellent condition.
What you'll be doing
* Scheduling and overseeing the completion of all preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across our portfolio of residential properties
* Liaising with contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of maintenance services
* Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities, costs and project progress
* Identifying opportunities to improve maintenance processes and implementing more efficient systems
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
* Providing regular status updates and reporting to management
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar maintenance co-ordination or facilities management role
* Preferred background Real Estate or Builder
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
* Solid technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures and relevant regulations
* Proficiency in using maintenance system in Excel
* Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
