About the role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide practical support and encouragement to people living with disabilities. Each day will bring new opportunities to make a real impact – from assisting with daily living tasks, transport, and personal care, to fostering community participation and helping clients achieve their personal goals.
Applicants must hold a valid work visa or have legal authorisation to work in Australia.
What we're looking for:
* A caring, empathetic, and patient approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and reliability to support clients' needs
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or similar (desirable)
* Current First Aid/CPR, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, and Driver's Licence
* Candidates must be 18+ years of age to meet the minimum requirements for obtaining the necessary clearances
