Portfolio Manager and Executive Assistant
This part-time opportunity involves supporting dynamic directors while overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties.
The Role
* A 70/30 blend of property management and executive/administrative support
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate contractors, conduct site inspections, manage arrears, process invoices, reconcile rent rolls, prepare monthly landlord reports, assist with financial planning, compliance, and occupational health and safety requirements. Additionally, diary/email management, report preparation, presentations, correspondence, maintaining office systems, digital filing, processing invoices, receipts, and reconciliations, liaising with clients, tenants, and suppliers.
About You
* Highly organised, proactive, and composed under pressure
* Strong communicator with excellent writing skills
* Attention to detail
* Confidence in property terminology (desired)
* Background in property administration, bookkeeping, or trust accounts highly regarded
* Professional, mature, relationship-focused individual
