THE OPPORTUNITY-
This Full-time position offers a detail-oriented reporting and analysis professional the opportunity to support the Asset Management & Operations Performance team in establishing and managing data collection. You will enjoy collecting, cleansing, and then analysing the data to help make recommendations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintain a high-volume maintenance and building asset register for customers.
* Analyse, update, and cleanse asset data to meet customer needs.
* Project manage asset data collection by on-site technicians and contractors.
* Assist in designing and maintaining sophisticated capital planning reports through Power BI.
* Respond to enquiries via phone and email to support internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide reporting and data analysis on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
To be considered for this role you will have / be:
* Must have advanced Excel skills.
* Power BI / Power Pivot / Power Query reporting experience – highly regarded.
* Good written and verbal communication.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
