About Real Response
At Real Response, we do training differently.
We bring together emergency professionals, educators, and creatives to deliver immersive, high‑impact training that sticks because in real emergencies, there’s no time to second‑guess.
Over a decade ago, our founders Ben and Motti saw a problem: too many people were leaving training without the confidence to act in real‑life emergencies. So they set out to change that creating a new kind of training where realism, confidence, and hands‑on experience are at the core.
Today, we’re a team of 40+ passionate professionals working across Australia and beyond. We run nationally recognised training in first aid, fire safety, emergency drills, mental health, tactical medicine, and security.
We proudly work with organisations such as Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAT), Melbourne Metro, University of Melbourne & Adelaide, Australian Federal Police and more.
From small businesses to high‑risk industries and government departments, our reach is wide, but our impact is always personal.
We’re not just teaching skills, we’re empowering people to save lives.
