Neutrog is continuing an exciting period of growth, and the opportunity exists to establish a solid and rewarding career in our Production team as a Front End Loader Operator, in the heart of the Adelaide hills.
Our Front End Loader Operators are where all the magic begins! Working under solid leadership and guidance these operators ensure our product is composted, separated and mixed to correct specifications to help get our products ready for gardens and commercial crops right across Australia and the world.
What's required?
Right now, we are seeking reliable and enthusiastic operators to join our team with future opportunities to enhance your skill set and progress your career.
To be considered, you will need to have the following skills and attributes:
* Physically fit - these roles require you to be strong and capable where manual handling is a requirement
* LL licensed with solid experience in a similar role
* A reliable team player - the team know you will show up and contribute
* Understanding of a production environment and how one action impacts the next
* Self-driven with great initiative
* An eye for detail, taking pride in delivering a great result
* A safety-first mind set - you ensure you and your mates are safe at work
* Drivers licence - to get to Kanmantoo for your shifts each day
* A love of outdoors - roles do require working in the elements and with dirt!
* Willingness to participate in pre-employment physical testing which does include drug & alcohol testing
Licensing such as high-risk forklift will be an added advantage.
