**About The Position**
Due to internal staff promotion within our company we are now seeking an Export Operations Officer to join our dynamic team in a new and exciting key role.
As an Export Operations Officer within our organisation, you will be responsible for coordinating the movements of sea freight for project and general cargo. Daily duties may include but will not be limited to:
- Receive export freight booking from customers and complete the relevant data entry process
- Coordinate documentation for the movement of all shipments
- Provide a high level of customer service and ensure client requirements and service levels are met
- Liaise with Shipping lines, AQIS, transport providers, customs and other relevant parties
- Complete export EDN's, CRN's & PRA's
- Liaise with warehouse and transport departments regarding cut off's & pick ups
- Ensure all shipments are invoiced correctly, file closure
- Experience using EDI/Cargowise software is preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow documentation through to closure
- Provide holiday relief to either air or sea freight coordinators when required.
This hands-on role will suit a highly organised individual with a strict attention to detail.
You will be a strong team player with highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
