Job Title: Dynamics 365 / Power Pages Developer
This is an exciting opportunity to join a NSW Government Agency as a Dynamics 365/Power Pages developer for an initial 3-month period.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment using the Microsoft Power Platform.
* Design, build, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
* Automate business processes using Power Automate.
* Create and manage data models and entities within the Dataverse.
* Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems using connectors and potentially custom APIs.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for developed solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience developing solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
* Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing).
* Ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
* Microsoft Ajax (B-B, B-C) – will be used as part of the new Case Management System (CMS) Project.
* Experience with JavaScript or other scripting languages for extending the Power Platform.
* Familiarity with Azure services.
* Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
