About the Role

The Manager Revive Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across Job Pathways' Revive enterprise portfolio, including:

* Revive Store (community retail and reuse enterprise)
* Containers for Change / Container Deposit Scheme (CDS)
* Orange Sky Laundry and Connection Services

Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for enterprise performance, staff leadership, compliance, financial sustainability, and community impact. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen Revive as a high-performing social enterprise delivering real employment, environmental, and community outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Revive Operations: Provide strategic and operational leadership across Revive Store, Containers for Change (CDS), and Orange Sky services, ensuring strong performance, sustainability, and community impact.
* Drive Performance & Growth: Monitor enterprise performance against targets, budgets, and KPIs, identifying opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and service expansion.
* Financial & Contract Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and contractual compliance across all Revive enterprise streams.
* People Leadership: Lead, support, and develop culturally diverse teams across multiple sites, build and support a culture of accountability, wellbeing, and service excellence.
* Stakeholder & Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Aboriginal organisations, community stakeholders, funders, and service partners, delivering culturally responsive and community-centred outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory:

* Demonstrated operational management experience across multi-site or multi-stream service delivery.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, performance, reporting, and commercial outcomes.
* Strong leadership experience with culturally diverse teams.
* Experience in contract management, funding compliance, and KPI delivery.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills.

Highly Regarded:

* Tertiary qualification in Business, Environment, Waste Management, or a related field.
* Project management experience or certification (e.g. PRINCE2).
* First Aid Certificate, Forklift Licence and/or White Card.

What You'll Need

* Current C Class Driver's Licence (essential).
* Ability to travel regularly, including short stays in remote locations.
* National Police Certificate (mandatory or willingness to obtain).
