What you'll do:
Lead and mentor a tight-knit engineering and drafting team
Own the design and development of innovative mobile equipment
Drive process improvements and support national operations
Be a trusted voice in strategic engineering decisions
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong mechanical design and drafting background (Inventor/FEA preferred)
Understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems
A natural communicator with leadership potential
