WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
We are seeking motivated and collaborative Corporate Operations Site Leads to support safe, high-quality Acute and Residential Aged Care services across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. With four ongoing full-time positions available across our diverse regional sites, you'll play a key leadership role in overseeing corporate services, improving systems, and supporting our local communities.

We have opportunities in the following health sites:
Mount Pleasant District Hospital and Gumeracha District Soldiers' Memorial Hospital

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Lead and support Corporate Services teams to deliver efficient, customer-focused site operations.
Oversee and improve Administration, Facilities, Catering, Cleaning and Aged Care support services.
Manage budgets, procurement, contracts and reporting to ensure compliance, safety and service quality.
Provide expert advice, project support and operational leadership to drive continuous improvement across the LHN.

Do you have strong governance knowledge and experience managing corporate service functions in a health or complex service environment?
Are you skilled at building positive relationships and influencing stakeholders across multiple sites and services?
Are you proactive, organised and confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment?
