About your opportunity: In this position you will: * Independently plan, develop and maintain all aspects of medical rostering in accordance with department requirements, relevant industrial instruments and Queensland Health policies and procedures, with Clinical Director approval and oversight. * Plan and coordinate team and skill mix allocation of rotating and locum junior medical officers. * Consult and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders with regards to complex issues relating to locum recruitment, rostering and allocation of medical staff.
