Key Responsibilities
* To lead and direct complex ICT transformation projects, establishing a clear architectural vision and implementing project capability deliverables.
* To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide solutions that demonstrate awareness of dependencies and business needs.
* To contribute to system transition to operations and sustainment planning and support process development, ensuring effective delivery and governance.
The successful candidate will have expertise in system engineering principles and practices, including requirements development, acceptance testing, and delivery aspects of complex ICT projects.
Qualifications and Experience
* Expertise in designing, planning, implementing, and governing enterprise and system information technology architectures, using frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman.
* Proficiency in system engineering principles and practices, including requirements development, acceptance testing, and delivery aspects of complex ICT projects.
* Proven experience in managing and leading complex ICT transformation projects, with a focus on architecture, systems engineering, and technical leadership.
The ideal candidate will have SFIA Level of Responsibility 5 attributes, demonstrating exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen.
