Join a well-established construction company based in Fortitude Valley and play a key role in supporting both financial operations and project delivery. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Managing supplier accounts, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records Preparing monthly reconciliations across multiple accounts and projects Supporting project teams with job costing and financial reporting Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions end-to-end Setting up new customer accounts and ensuring smooth invoicing processes Building strong working relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal staff What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar Accounts role within construction or property Finance, Accounting, or related qualification (preferred but not essential) Strong systems knowledge – Excel, QuickBooks, and Jobpac experience highly desirable High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and a team-focused mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment Why This Role?
