We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the leadership and operations of a residential aged care facility located in Millmerran, QLD.
This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated leader who can balance clinical care, compliance, staff management, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards, regulations, and funding requirements.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.
- Drive staff engagement, retention, and professional development.
About You
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in aged care or healthcare.
- Current AHPRA RN registration.
- Strong knowledge of aged care funding models and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Budget and analytical management capabilities.
- Current driver's licence.
- Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.
