We are seeking a kind, patient, and respectful cleaner/support worker (preferable female) to assist a client in Sylvania who is experiencing challenges with hoarding. This role is not a standard cleaning job - it requires empathy, discretion, and a calm approach.
Please note: this client has indoor cats who are friendly.
Experience with hoarding, mental health, disability, or aged care is preferred but not required - the right attitude and sensitivity are most important.
About the Role:
* Gently manage clutter and household items
* Assist with sorting, organising, and disposing of items (with the client's consent)
* Clean and restore spaces in a non-judgmental and supportive manner
