We're investing in people and fleet, and we now need a Sales & Account Manager to help us grow market share across Melbourne's South-East and Eastern suburbs.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Win new business - Prospect construction sites, convert inbound leads, re-engage lapsed customers and turn conversations into revenue.
* Manage accounts - Build strong relationships with builders, contractors and hire companies, ensuring retention and growth.
* Territory focus - Be the boots on the ground for your region, supported by data, construction indexes and marketing leads.
* Revenue delivery - Drive rental utilisation, close deals, and generate consistent sales activity.
* Team collaboration - Partner with our rental coordinators and operations teams to deliver seamless customer service.

What We're Looking For:

* At least 12 months B2B sales/account management experience, ideally in equipment hire, capital sales, or construction-related sectors.
* Commercial curiosity - You ask questions, challenge ideas, and look for smarter ways to work.
* Resilient communicator - Comfortable walking onto a construction site, introducing yourself, and building rapport.
* Self-starter - Able to manage your time and pipeline, with a track record of hitting targets.
* Industry awareness - Knowledge of equipment rental, access gear or materials handling a big plus.
* Current and valid Driver's licence is essential.
