The role
Join a global organisation where you’ll play a key role supporting and improving critical SaaS platforms across Salesforce and Atlassian. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats across systems administration, stakeholder support, business analysis and continuous improvement. What you’ll be doing: Administering and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud including users, permissions, flows, reports, dashboards and configuration changes. Managing and optimising Atlassian products including Jira and Confluence workflows, permissions, automations and governance. Partnering with stakeholders across Australia, Europe and the Americas to resolve issues, gather requirements and deliver scalable business solutions. What we’re looking for: 3 years Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud). 2 years Jira/Confluence administration experience. Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) highly regarded.
