Job Description:
This role is responsible for conducting evaluations of DCJ program effectiveness and efficiency. The goal is to inform improvements to policy, program, and service design.
* Evaluations will be undertaken in accordance with NSW Government best practice evaluation guidelines
* Complex evaluations will be designed and commissioned including experimental and quasi-experimental outcome evaluations
* Synthetic reviews of evidence will be conducted providing technical advice on effective programs interventions as well as applying implementation science methodology qualitative analysis
