As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers at Hertz Queanbeyan, handling face-to-face, phone, and email interactions on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administrative tasks - receiving bookings, opening and closing rentals
* Vehicle preparation - vacuuming and washing vehicles for next rental
* Record keeping - capturing photographs of vehicles and uploading to an app
Required skills and experience:
* Excellent customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or similar)
* A valid driver's license (a condition of employment)
* Administrative experience is beneficial but not necessary
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, CRM, and email
* Strong communication and attention to detail skills
* A National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
