Hospital projects are among the most technically demanding in construction, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent planning capability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex building services. This role is ideal for someone wanting to sharpen their technical and commercial capability on a flagship project. Key Responsibilities Coordinate design, consultants, and subcontractors Drive programming and construction sequencing activities Manage procurement and package delivery Monitor cost performance and project forecasting Ensure QA, compliance, and project documentation are maintained Assist with variations, RFIs, and technical issue resolution Support safe and efficient project delivery from start to finish To Be Successful You will ideally have: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar Experience as a Project Engineer within commercial construction Experience on healthcare, commercial, education, or complex builds highly regarded Strong technical understanding of construction methodology Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to solve problems and drive project outcomes Why Apply?
