Job Description
As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will lead business process improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives across the organisation. You'll combine advanced business analysis skills with specialist knowledge of Microsoft technologies—particularly Dynamics 365 Sales & Service—and a strong understanding of process re-engineering, AI-driven automation, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Working closely with stakeholders, you'll identify and analyse core business processes, facilitate workshops and Scrum ceremonies, and document workflows and business requirements to support strategic and operational outcomes. You'll play a key role in delivering projects that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve both customer and employee experiences.
In this role, you will
 * Analyse key customer value chains and identify pain points and areas for improvement, delivering more efficient and effective processes for customers.
 * Redesign and re-engineer business and documentation processes for greater efficiency and improved experience.
 * Consult with subject matter experts to challenge and improve business and documentation processes.
 * Implement AI automation solutions to drive business process improvements.
 * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business and documentation processes, systems, and products within Beyond Bank and the broader banking industry.
 * Ensure effective use of Microsoft Technology Applications, including Dynamics 365.
 * Develop requirements specifications and designs by working with key stakeholders.
 * Design and write test plans, automate test cases, and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and showcases.
 * Support risk management and compliance obligations, ensuring data-driven and data-literate practices.

Bringing over five years' experience in business process improvement, this candidate excels in business analysis, documentation, and change management, with strong knowledge of Agile, AI technologies, and Microsoft Dynamics.
 * Minimum 5 years' experience in business process mapping and system improvements.
 * Experience with documentation design, development, and BDD testing.
 * In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
 * Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
 * Experience with Smartflows and complex document template development.
 * Broad understanding of lending contracts, technology, applications, and banking systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and other Microsoft Technology Applications.
 * Strong business analysis, project documentation, and change management skills.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
 * Leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
 * Technical skills in AI automation and Microsoft Dynamics.
