HR Advisor Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering frontline HR advice and partnering with site leadership to drive employee relations, workforce management, performance, and compliance.
* Provide timely and practical HR advice to employees and managers, including guidance on employment matters, policy interpretation, and Enterprise Agreement compliance.
o Foster strong relationships with site leaders and employees to promote a positive work environment.
o Collaborate with managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve workforce diversity.
* Partner with and mentor managers on conditions of employment, employee entitlements, and recruitment processes.
o Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of people leaders.
o Support the implementation of HR initiatives that improve engagement, operational efficiency, and compliance.
* Investigate employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters, recommending appropriate actions.
* Analyse HR data (turnover, absenteeism, headcount) to inform decision-making and recommend improvements in workforce management.
* Champion our company values in all aspects of site culture, decisions, and actions.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that improve engagement, operational efficiency, and compliance.
* E nsure adherence to our code of conduct and all company policies, including WHS Management System and safety standards.
Requirements
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proven experience in HR advisory or related field.
* Knowledge of employment law and industrial relations principles.
