Responsibilities
* Supporting the Branch Manager in driving overall performance and strategic development of the branch
* Supporting the Branch Manager to coach and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive profitability
* Work quickly with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do
* Champion strong compliance and operational controls while coaching the team to uphold the same standards
* Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do and inspiring your team to follow
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading a team of 3 or more in a retail or customer service environment
* Exceptional people leadership skills to influence, coach, and work collaboratively with the team
* A strong communicator with a passion for delivering amazing customer experiences and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile
* Highly organized leader who values compliance and risk protection to safeguard the business
* Experience in banking/financial services is not essential but highly regarded
