The Opportunity
This exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Executive Event Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the sales, contracting, planning, and organisation of events held within Crown's fine dining venues, restaurants, and bars.
As an Executive Event Manager, you will:
* Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main contact throughout the event management cycle.
* Work proactively to achieve determined budgets through upselling Crown's venues and product packages while managing billing and accounts.
* Manage all communications with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for each booking, including proposals, contracting, preparing event orders, and facilitating handovers to operations teams.
* Establish strong rapport and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A genuine passion for events management and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail skills.
* Adaptability in high-pressure situations and openness to change if required by the business.
* Strong computer literacy skills, including a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levels.
