Document Management Specialist
This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the complete documentation lifecycle for engineering deliverables, technical data, and commercial records.
You will be responsible for analysing, reviewing, arranging, and uploading documents into document management systems with precision and accuracy.
Key responsibilities include executing document control transactions, overseeing deliverable workflows, creating and managing document numbering systems, and providing regular reporting for deliverables tracking.
This is an exciting chance to develop and maintain document control processes, procedures, templates, and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Liaising effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the business is also essential in this role.
About the Role
* Manage documentation lifecycle - creation, review, approval, version control, and archiving
* Analyse, review, arrange, and upload documents into document management systems
* Execute document control transactions, oversee deliverable workflows, and create document numbering systems
* Develop and maintain document control processes, procedures, and reporting frameworks
* Liaise effectively with management, engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven experience in document control within engineering, construction, or technical project environments
* Strong technical expertise with systems such as InEight or Aconex
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and deliver results under tight deadlines
* A proactive mindset with the confidence to improve and streamline processes
