Job Description
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in the beautiful Atherton Tablelands, Queensland. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Our practice values the importance of a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the whole child and their unique journey. We have a purpose-built clinic that features a range of therapy rooms, including a sensory gym, nature play area, messy/art therapy space, garden therapy area, and sandplay & symbol work room.
As an Occupational Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of needs, designing individualised, family-centered, and holistic therapy plans. You will also have the chance to build strong relationships with families, teachers, and health professionals, and contribute to team projects, programs, and innovative service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and provide hands-on therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of needs.
* Design individualised, family-centered, and holistic therapy plans.
* Work both in the clinic and out in the community (schools, daycares, workplaces, homes).
* Build strong relationships with families, teachers, and health professionals.
* Manage your own caseload with support from our experienced team.
* Contribute to team projects, programs, and innovative service delivery.
