Description Reporting to the Chief People Officer, your duties will include, but are not limited to; Lead the development and execution of People Strategy and operational plans aligned with organisational goals Build and maintain a strong workforce framework to meet sector challenges and deliver excellent care outcomes Manage and develop the People & Culture Team, fostering capability, performance, and engagement Oversee workforce planning, budgets, HR systems, and employee administration Partner with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate, compliant payroll and employment processes Provide expert guidance on industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, policies, and regulatory compliance Represent the organisation in Fair Work Commission matters and support dispute resolution Ensure timely, accurate reporting to the Executive and Board, including People & Culture and WHS data insights Champion organisational values, continuous improvement, and compliance with industry standards and employment legislation Profile Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and support the Chief People Officer Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with WHS requirements Communicate professionally, constructively, and positively Take ownership, embrace feedback, and pursue ongoing learning Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in all situations Opportunity Lead a People/HR function with an executive reporting line, shaping strategy at a senior level Join a forward-thinking, innovative culture that values people and performance Enjoy a highly competitive salary package with NFP industry benefits Based in Perth, offering a strategic and visible leadership opportunity If you’re well suited to the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
