Score Group is seeking a motivated and organised Production Administrator who shares their passion and drive for excellence and success to join our team in Karratha.
Reporting to the Facility Team Leader, this role will provide essential administrative support to the Production team, ensuring smooth coordination of sales orders, purchasing activities, and internal documentation while maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
This position is Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime available occasionally.
Primary responsibilities
* Process repairs and service enquiries within ERP.
* Experience with ERP systems is required for processing sales enquiries and orders.
* Produce client quotations and invoices.
* Liaise with suppliers and customers for order updates.
* Manage work in progress status updates and reporting.
* Maintain internal job tracking systems.
* Provide administrative support across the production team.
* Assist with coordination of personnel logistics, equipment hires and cost control.
* Process stock requisitions, returns and issues within ERP.
* Ensure work is completed in line with company procedures, quality and HSE standards.
Qualifications and Experience
* 1-2 years of experience in a Production Administrator or similar administration role is required.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
* Previous ERP experience (D365 / SAP4H) beneficial.
