About the Role
We're partnered with a respected and fast-growing business at the centre of Australia's infrastructure and energy sector. With a workforce of 200+ and big plans ahead, they're looking for a people-focused HR Manager to help drive their strategic plan — across culture, capability, and career growth.
You'll report directly to the Managing Director and take full ownership of the HR function. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact — backed by a capable HR team and a supportive Exec group that values your voice.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape and lead the Apprenticeship Program
* Drive strategic Training, Development, and Career Pathways
* Oversee Remuneration Reviews and IR matters
* Champion culture-building initiatives at every level
* Support safety, wellbeing, and Return-to-Work programs
* Partner with senior leaders to ensure HR enables performance and growth
About You
* Proven HR leadership experience across generalist functions
* Deep understanding of Australian employment legislation and IR
* Strategic thinker who delivers, with care and a sense of fun
* Confident, proactive, and comfortable owning your function
* Great with people – across all levels, from the frontline to the boardroom
* Bonus: Experience in construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors
