Role Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and mentor the Property Management team
- Oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio
- Manage landlord and tenant relationships with professionalism and care
- Handle leasing, maintenance, and inspections
- Drive business growth and profitability through service excellence
- Resolve complex tenancy matters with confidence and authority
What You’ll Bring:
- Solid Property Management experience (leadership experience highly regarded)
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Drive, accountability, and a genuine passion for the industry
